Reservation conditions Camping Lido Luzern

We accept reservations of three nights or more for our rental accommodation
(caravans, tourist camp, Holly Cab and Swissblock).
(Tourist camp reservations of one night or more possible for large groups).
Accommodation cannot be guaranteed for arrivals after 6 pm and the deposit will be retained.

A reservation is binding.

We require a deposit of 20 % to be paid within 10 days after
the reservation is confirmed into the following account:

Processing charges in case of cancellation:
Within 4 weeks 10 euros/14 CHF;
Within 3 weeks 20 euros/28 CHF;
Within 2 weeks 25 euros/35 CHF;
Within 1 week 30 euros/42 CHF.
Refunds will only be given under special circumstances.
